When you will receive your dress, if something makes you unhappy, You must let me know about it in 7 DAYS after you receive your package and let’s talk and understand what is the issue.
1. Contact us within 7 days after you receive the items.
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
3. Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.
4. Item must be returned in 7-15 days upon delivery date. Please provide us the tracking number as soon as possible when you send the dress.The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise we will refuse the return. We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our approval. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at Contact Us to
get the return address. Any returns without our approval can not get any refunds or exchanges.
5. Please fold the dress inside out. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
6. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
Note: As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. This is not part of our return policy.
If the color you receive is not the color you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.
We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are always welcome to request the fabric sample.
A few things to remember about custom dresses:
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Nevertheless, we shall discuss with you methods that may be helpful.
1. Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
2. Order canceled within 48 hours after the order is paid: you will get a full refund consisting of the item price and the full shipping cost.
3. Order canceled within 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 90% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
4. Cancellation within 73 to 96 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 80% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
5. Orders cannot be cancelled after 120 hours of payment.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
